AMPYR Distributed Energy (ADE), the leading investor in onsite sustainable energy solutions, has announced a £50m strategic partnership with Oakes Energy Services
The agreement will enable Oakes to deliver fully funded renewable energy projects for commercial and industrial customers as part of its ambitious growth plans. Established in 2007 Oakes, who provide turnkey solutions across all commercial renewables and HVAC platforms are part of the PHS Group along with sister company 0800 Repair who provide whole house energy efficient measures.
The focus will be on an immediate portfolio of behind-the-meter ground-mounted solar energy projects and will support Oakes’ pan-technology commercial and industrial sales drive.

The agreement further expands AMPYR Distributed Energy’s ambition to become the leading funder of onsite green energy solutions in the UK and across Europe.
