AMPYR Distributed Energy (ADE) has secured €170 million of debt facilities from existing funding partners Crédit Agricole CIB and Franklin Templeton’s private credit manager Benefit Street Partners (BSP), further strengthening the company’s funding platform to support continued expansion across Europe.
The enhanced facilities provide additional capital to fund both strategic acquisitions and the continued deployment of distributed renewable energy assets, reinforcing ADE’s ambition to become one of Europe’s leading distributed energy platforms.
The announcement follows ADE’s recent acquisition of a 70MW European portfolio from TotalEnergies, marking another important milestone in the company’s rapid European growth.
By combining competitive capital with in-house expertise, ADE funds, owns and operates onsite renewable energy infrastructure for commercial and industrial organisations through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), enabling customers to benefit from lower energy costs, greater resilience and reduced emissions without upfront investment.
