ADE expands team with trio of new appointments

AMPYR Distributed Energy (ADE), a leading investor in onsite renewable energy solutions, has expanded its growing team with three new appointments. Bringing significant experience from across the energy industry, they will build on ADE’s extensive financial, project management and operational strengths as the company continues to accelerate commercial solar adoption in the UK and Europe.

Samuel Harvey brings more than a decade of experience in energy investments spanning the UK, Europe and the US to his role at ADE. He previously worked for Sustainable Development Capital, where he originated, structured and executed transactions and negotiated complex agreements including SPAs, PPAs, EPC and debt facilities. Harvey is a CFA® charterholder with a focus on building bankable projects that create long term value for investors.

With more than 12 years’ experience leading data, systems and process transformation across the energy and telecoms sectors, Warren Christie has successfully delivered multi-million-pound programmes, established project management offices and steered businesses through major mergers and regulatory challenges. In his new role at ADE, Christie’s focus will be on driving operational excellence, combining strategic vision with technical expertise to unlock efficiency, strengthen compliance and accelerate sustainable growth.

With a strong foundation in financial reporting and auditing, Harry Lockwood will support ADE’s financial operations by ensuring robust reporting, compliance and actionable financial insight across its expanding portfolio. Prior to joining ADE, Lockwood led and supported audits for a range of clean energy clients, gaining deep insight into the financial and operational complexities of the industry. His expertise covers IFRS and UK GAAP reporting, internal controls, and financial due diligence for project portfolios spanning wind, solar, and battery storage technologies.
